November 27, 2023

We return to Ventana Sur to wrap up this 2023!

A delegation of more than 80 Chilean professionals start to arrive in Buenos Aires to participate in one of the most successful Latin American film markets in the region and which has been consecrated as the annual event where Chile has the most presence.

From November 27 to December 1, a total of 17 Chilean projects, along with more than 30 production companies will participate in this event.

This large delegation includes the 6 producers supported by the Ministry of Cultures, Arts and Heritage and 5 producers supported by the ProChile Creative Industries Competition program, along with 1 distributor and 6 institutions.

And CinemaChile is not left behind! We will be present with a pavilion at the UCA, where we will display an agenda full of meetings with influential international industry figures. But that’s not all, this year and for the first time in Ventana Sur we will have the great launch of the biennial catalog of Chilean series 2023-2024.

If you want to know more details, join us in this fascinating journey through this article that will immerse you in the most important projects and activities that will be lived on the other side of the mountain range.

17 Chilean projects in official sections

This new edition of Ventana Sur brings a wide potential of Chilean talent. 17 projects will be participating in 12 official sections of the market to present them to experts and internationalize their creations.

The great presence in most of the industry sections confirms the richness of the Chilean audiovisual, the diversity of genres and themes, with which every year Chile is present in each section of the market together with new creators
