Meet the 5 Chilean producers who will participate in the Ficg37 Industry supported by the MINCAP
The delegation of more than 10 national producers who will attend the Mexican market, includes 5 Chilean producers who will participate with the support of the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage (MINCAP), through its Support Program for Participation at International Markets of the Council of the Art and Audiovisual Industry (CAIA).

He has produced the documentaries El vals de los inútiles by Edison Cájas (Best Foreign Documentary of the American Film Festival), the short film Los anillos de la serpiente (CineLatino Toulouse 2020) and is currently developing How long do you think I will love you (by Nicolás Charlin), an adaptation of the story of the same name by the Chilean writer Marcelo Lillo, El bosque arderá and Our Memory (both by Matías Rojas).
He also brings to the market Our memory, a hybrid that mixes genres and formats to travel deep in the wounds and scars left by the center of torture and abuse Colonia Dignidad. The project, which a few weeks ago was part of the Producers network in Cannes and also the Spotlighted Projects in Cannes Docs, is currently in post-production. This project was born from the research of A Place Called Dignity, second feature by Rojas that last year had its international premiere at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival.

Co-founder of Oro Films along with Dominga Ortúzar, production company behind Agustina San Martín’s To Kill a Beast, a co-production between Chile, Argentina and Brazil, which premiered in the Discovery section of Toronto 2021.

Currently, he produces El amante incompleto by Fernando Lavanderos. The romantic comedy delves into the life of Manuel, who meets a former couple whom he does not see long ago. Dissatisfied with his marriage, he begins to meet up in secret with Celeste, but she sets one boundary: that she will not become his lover.

The actress, journalist and screenwriter has worked in the dramatic departmanets of four Chilean TV channels, specializing in comedy for TV. She is currently dedicated to the production of horror films, which include feature films such as the collaborative production, Apps (2020) and her debut feature, Dead Women Walking (2022).
To the market she presents More Diabla Knows, its second feature film, which is part of a trilogy of films to be made between 2021 and 2022, all of which share choral stories with women as protagonists. This dark comedy is produced by Lucio Rojas, and tells the life of four elderly women who live in an old neighborhood, where annoying realtors, neighbors and mischievous children, will try to take away their homes.
