Sebastián Brahm – Escala Humana

Since 2003 he has worked in audiovisual as a screenwriter, editor, director and as an actor. As a director his titles include El circuito de Román (TIFF 2011) and Vida sexual de las plantas (San Sebastián 2015, special mention in New Directors), as well as co-writing and co-editing the documentaries Tea Time (2014, nominated for the Goya) and The Mole Agent (2020, nominated for the Oscar and the Goya) among others by Maite Alberdi.

This edition of MIPCOM he comes with Golpe S01: El secuestro de un comandante en jefe , a historical fiction series that is currently in development and will be in search of co-production.

It is very satisfying to attend MIPCOM for the first time when the serial content has begun to rival in cultural relevance the feature film, which is the terrain where Escala Humana has been developed. We hope to conclude agreements with international partners.

Cristián Freire – Pájaro

In addition to have co-directed short films such as #NormaDeGéneroBinaria: niñas y Frontera Hhe also researches new technologies applied to animation at the Universidad de las Américas, focusing on the transmission of emotions in animated characters through breathing patterns.

He arrived at MIPJUNIOR with Tally Molly by Bernardita Ojeda. A series of animation and adventure that is in pre-production stage and will be in search of co-producers.

This is the first time that Pajaro attends MIP Junior. For the studio comes at the perfect time, as we have several projects in development that would benefit from having a European co-production. We are also interested in the different training activities offered by the market

Daniela Raviola- Juntos Films

Audiovisual producer. Has worked in short films, television, documentary films, animated series. She was in charge of the general production of the documentary area of Panchito Films with El Otro and La Fabulosa Máquina de Cosechar Oro among others and with Juntos Films in productions such as Gran Avenida and La Taza Rota. During her career she has served as General Producer for the Chilean International Animation Festival Chilemonos, and MAI! Animation Market.

She is currently developing the company’s first series:  Hat Trick, No Man’s Land and Guilty, the latter with which she arrives at MIPCOM, a fictional series that is in development and will seek co-producers .

For Juntos Films it is a very important milestone because it is the first television market that we attend and therefore, the first time that we will promote the serial projects that we have been developing. It is a unique instance, being one of the largest markets in the television and entertainment industry; it has a large presence of platforms and streaming leaders that we are interested in reaching, as well as potential co-producers.

Carola Fuentes- La Ventana Cine

With extensive experience in series, his work has toured the world on foreign channels such as PBS, Univision, Al Jazeera and CNN.
